SUPERVISION(A) GENERAL ENFERMERIA-CIDRA

EL SUPERVISOR ES UN PROFESIONAL DE ENFERMERIA CON EXPERIENCIA CLINICA Y ADMINISTRATIVA. POSEE DESTREZAS EN LIDERATO, COMUNICACION, SUPERVISION EN EDUCACION Y TOMA DE DECISIONES.  ASUME RESPONSABILIDAD ADMINISTRATIVA, TOMA DECISIONES ASERTIVAS EN SITUACIONES IMPREVISTAS.  RESPONSABLE LAS 24 HORAS DEL DIA DEL FUNCIONAMIENTO DE LOS SERVICIOS DEL CUIDADO DE ENFERMERIA DEL PROGRAMA.  TIENE UNA RESPONSABILIDAD SOBRE TODOS LOS ASUNTOS ADMINISTRATIVOS Y DE MANTENIMIENTO DEL PROGRAMA.  ES RESPONSABLE POR VELAR POR EL CUMPLIMIENTO DE LAS POLITICAS Y PROCEDIMIENTOS DE ENFERMERIA Y DE LOS ESTANDARES DE LA PRACTICA DE LA ENFERMERIA.

REQUISITOS:

• Maestría en ciencias de enfermería con rol en administración en ciencias de enfermería
• Licencia activa de la junta examinadora de enfermería de puerto rico de enfermera(o) especialista
• Miembro activo del colegio de profesionales de la enfermería de puerto rico
• Experiencia en el área de supervisión
• Certificacion de CPR (BLS ACLS, PALS)
• Excelentes habilidades en comunicación verbal y escrita
• Disponibilidad para viajar a otras facilidades del sistema
