Ditsch USA is looking for a Production Quality Technician to join our team on 2nd shift in Cincinnati, OH. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, food production, or inspection experience who wants to learn quality control and food safety processes. Training is provided.
Pay: $18.38 - $19.40/hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM | Weekends as needed

What You’ll Do
You’ll spend your time on the production floor helping ensure Ditsch USA products meet quality, safety, packaging, and customer standards.
- Inspect products throughout the production process
- Check product weights, temperatures, appearance, packaging, and labels
- Complete quality checks and record results
- Verify products meet company and customer requirements
- Identify quality concerns and communicate issues to the production team
- Review production paperwork for accuracy
- Support food safety and quality standards throughout the facility
- Work closely with production employees to help maintain product consistency

Great Backgrounds for This Position
You may be a fit if you’ve worked as a Production Associate, Manufacturing Associate, Machine Operator, Packaging Associate, Food Production Worker, Warehouse Associate, Assembly Technician, Quality Inspector, Production Technician, or Material Handler.
Previous quality experience is helpful but not required. Training is available for the right candidate.
