Sales Coordinator

Job DetailsJob Location: Cincinnati, Oh - Cincinnati, OH 45241Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage incoming trucks Coordinate and support sales and marketing efforts Assist with inventory management Support truck delivery and document as needed Verify repair order process and communicate discrepancies and verify accuracy of deal cost Process vehicle title work and sales tax applicability and notarize as required Be a liaison for sales department and customers QualificationsEducation and/or Work Experience Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with employees and vendors. Complete knowledge of in house business systems and along with other partner systems. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and maintain composure. Ability to work independently and to meet deadlines.   Physical Requirements: Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
