Responsibilities

Lead, instruct, and review the work of the of the Sponsor Invoicing Team within Shared Services;
Demonstrate expertise of departmental processes/procedures relating to sponsor invoicing and prefunded management
Provide guidance and training to Shared Services Associates on best practices and issue resolution;
Evaluate and implement potential business process improvements;
Act as a point of escalation for internal customers and external vendors; and
May be responsible for other projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 3 years of related shared services experience, or Associates degree in Finance or Accounting with at least 4 years of related shared services experience
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills;
Demonstrated ability to train and lead Shared Services Associates;
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word;
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX; and

Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
