Responsibilities:
- Build loads and schedule pickup/delivery appointments in alignment with customer requirements
- Communicate shipment updates and issues to customers and carriers clearly and professionally
- Adjust previously scheduled appointments as needed due to changes or disruptions
- Support the billing process and assist with documentation when necessary
- Handle email correspondence and phone communication with accuracy and professionalism
- Assist with various account management duties and perform ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned
- Contribute to a positive customer experience by providing award-winning service and timely updates
Requirements:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 High school diploma or equivalent required
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Demonstrates strong personal drive; independently motivated to meet goals and deadlines
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Known for dependability and reliability; consistently delivers high-quality work
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively

Preferred:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain environments
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Familiarity with scheduling or load-building software
