Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in understanding products and services to provide accurate information and guidance.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
