The Annuity Claims Processor will be helping families by managing and processing death claim transactions on annuity contracts. Your attention to detail and care will ensure that each claim is handled efficiently and with compassion.

Your role and impact

Here's a glimpse of your responsibilities and the meaningful impact you'll create as an Annuity Claims Processor:

  • Setting up the initial claim notification
  • Communicating requirements, settlement options and claim status with beneficiaries, agents, attorneys, and customers
  • Evaluating, analyzing, and investigating claims
  • Processing and approving claim payments
  • Generating settlement confirmation letters
  • Maintaining accurate and complete financial records
  • Working closely with the annuity product specialists' team to assist with claims inquiries

Qualifications

What sets you up for success

  • An associate degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong math aptitude, analytical ability, and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Series 6 a plus
Onsite Training:
2 months in office for 5 days a week
 
Hybrid Schedule after training:
Mon, Fri - WFH
Tues-Thurs - in office
