The Area Business Coach position is responsible for the sales, profitability and operations of a company owned market comprised of four (4) to six (6) restaurants. Â
The Area Business Coach's primary responsibilities include:Â

Monitoring and improving restaurant sales and profitability through efficient operations and restaurant visitsÂ

Assisting with weekly projections and analysis of financial performanceÂ
-
Developing plans for improvement to maximize resultsÂ
-
Managing and leading a restaurant management team that will work in maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction by facilitating safe, clean, high quality restaurant operationsÂ
-
Protecting the Brand and the health and welfare of guests and employees through compliant practicesÂ
-
Driving sales at the restaurant level through local marketing tactics. The Area business coach is responsible for building a team of high- performing Restaurant Managers and maximizing operations excellence at the restaurant level by:Â

Working with Restaurant Managers to optimize restaurant sales by addressing customer feedback, food safety and operational auditsÂ

Preparing and conducting annual reviews for members of the store management teamÂ
Requirements /Qualifications:Â
-
Strong business leader that can drive specific behaviors, lead by example, roll up their sleeves and get into finding solutions, and like working autonomouslyÂ
-
At least 3 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience and/or at least 5 years in restaurant management is requiredÂ
-
Proven coaching/training experience; ability to make quick decisions and multi-taskÂ

P&L analysis/management experienceÂ
-
Strong verbal and written communication skillsÂ
-
Full-Service Multi Unit experience preferredÂ
-
A Bachelor's degree is preferredÂ
