Position Summary
Fleet Feet Cincinnati is looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Assistant Workplace Fit Manager to join our growing Workplace Fit Program.
Our Workplace Fit Program brings the Fleet Feet experience directly to local businesses, hospitals, schools, municipalities, and community organizations throughout Greater Cincinnati. Through on-site events, we help employees find footwear, insoles, socks, and other products that help them feel comfortable and supported throughout their workday.
The Assistant Workplace Fit Manager works closely with the Workplace Fit Manager to help prepare, coordinate, and execute these events. This is a hands-on role that combines customer service, sales, event logistics, inventory management, and team support.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited about representing Fleet Feet outside of our traditional retail stores.

Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
Workplace Events
- Assist with the setup, execution, and teardown of workplace fitting events throughout Greater Cincinnati.
- Deliver Fleet Feet's personalized outfitting experience to event participants.
- Help create an organized, welcoming, and efficient environment at every event.
- Professionally represent Fleet Feet Cincinnati and our brand within the community.
- Assist with loading, transporting, and unloading event equipment and inventory.
Customer Experience & Sales
- Build connections with customers and understand their individual footwear needs.
- Educate customers on footwear, insoles, socks, recovery products, and accessories.
- Recommend complete outfitting solutions based on each customer's goals and needs.
- Deliver exceptional service throughout the entire customer experience.
- Help contribute to workplace event sales and customer experience goals.
Event Preparation & Operations
- Prepare footwear, accessories, inventory, and event supplies prior to each event.
- Verify product assortment based on anticipated event needs.
- Assist with inventory reconciliation following events.
- Maintain organized workplace equipment, supplies, and company vehicles.
- Complete event checklists and required documentation.
- Support preparation and scheduling for upcoming Workplace Fit events.
Team Support
- Work collaboratively with the Workplace Fit Manager and Outfitters assigned to events.
- Assist with training and onboarding team members on Workplace Fit procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to Outfitters during events.
- Lead by example through professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail, customer service, sales, or comparable experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to safely operate company vehicles and responsibly transport company inventory and equipment.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to travel locally throughout Greater Cincinnati for Workplace Fit events.
Preferred Qualifications
- Retail leadership or key holder experience.
- Experience training or mentoring team members.
- Event coordination or logistics experience.
- Knowledge of running, walking, footwear, or specialty retail.

Schedule & Work Environment
This position requires local travel throughout Greater Cincinnati and a flexible schedule based on Workplace Fit events. Events may occasionally take place during early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
The position requires frequent standing and walking, loading and unloading event inventory and equipment, and lifting or transporting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
