Callibrity is based in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is a full-time hybrid position and only candidates within commuting distance to Cincinnati will be considered.

As a .NET Developer, you understand the client’s big-picture business value and technical direction and can articulate possible solutions and next steps beyond the project at hand. You will integrate into a software development team without needing ongoing, daily supervision. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with client stakeholders on greenfield software development projects. You will regularly participate in pair programming and code reviews, putting you in the position to share your knowledge and upskill your team. You’re driven to learn new technologies and frameworks.

Requirements 

  • 3+ years of full-stack development experience with multiple frameworks using .NET / C#
  • Experience with dynamics CRM
  • Experience with Git / GitHub, Bootstrap, Gradle/Maven or other similar tool is preferred
  • Experience with SQL, JavaScript frameworks, Angular, React, Version Control and Agile is preferred
  • Desired experience with Kafka and Jenkins is a plus
  • Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform preferred
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and/or developing applications for a major public cloud provider is a plus
  • Extensive professional experience in Information Technology and/or Consulting
  • Successfully solve Callibrity’s CoderPad and Code Pairing Challenges
  • Interpersonal skills: Influencer, professionalism and accountability, passion for learning, us not them mentality, shared responsibility
