Job Title: Associate Attorney
Location: Remote – Covington, KY, USA
Experience Required: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, review, and approve bankruptcy pleadings.
• Manage bankruptcy cases including Proofs of Claim, Motions for Relief, Objections, Responses, Payment Change Notices, Settlements, and Adversary Proceedings.
• Participate in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, and in-person hearings.
• Provide regular case updates and maintain strong client communication.
• Manage multiple cases while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Assist with special legal projects as needed.


Required Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Kentucky State Bar.
• 2–5 years of bankruptcy law experience.
• Strong case management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume caseloads and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to excellent client service.
