Business Development Representative

Primary ResponsibilitiesĀ 

Sales, Marketing & Relationship ManagementĀ 
• Promote and sell SERVPROĀ® services within an assigned territory to meet or exceed sales goalsĀ 
• Build, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships through daily marketing calls and partner visitsĀ 
• Develop new business by identifying prospects and executing a systematic outreach processĀ 
• Educate clients and customers on SERVPROĀ® services, competitive advantages, and brand benefitsĀ 
• Oversee and maintain the client database using CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and activitiesĀ 
• Increase brand awareness through participation in professional associations, trade shows, lunch-and-learns, and continuing education (CE) eventsĀ 
• Utilize SERVPROĀ® marketing tools to effectively market services and communicate valueĀ 
• Monitor and follow up on assigned jobs to ensure customer satisfaction and needs are metĀ 
• Provide management with sales updates, revenue reporting, and territory performance insightsĀ 
• Consistently grow territory revenue by achieving and exceeding established goals Ā 

RequirementsĀ 

Experience & Skill SetĀ 
• Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experienceĀ 
• Strong process- and results-driven mindsetĀ 
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsĀ 
• Highly dependable, self-motivated, and proactiveĀ 
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple relationships effectivelyĀ 
• Strong business and financial acumenĀ 
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms and current business software technologiesĀ 
• Ability to pass a background check (as allowed by law)Ā 
EducationĀ 
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferredĀ
