Full-time positions at Stanton Millworks include generous paid time off, competitive salaries, and a supportive environment where your voice is valued and your contributions matter.   JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements. Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials. Install baseboards, molding, wood paneling, cabinets, window frames, doors, and other fixtures in designated areas according to blueprints and specifications. Ensure all installations are properly aligned, positioned, and secured. Operate a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, chisels, sanders, saws, and nail guns, safely and proficiently. Inspect and verify the quality of materials used and work completed to ensure adherence to building codes and company standards. Coordinate with other construction professionals, such as electricians and plumbers, to ensure spaces are prepared for installation. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and removing debris and leftover materials after installation. Provide custom fabrication services when pre-fabricated components do not fit or are unavailable. Troubleshoot and repair issues with existing trim and cabinetry. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on progress and timelines.
