Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries efficiently and professionally. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a problem-solving mindset to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively
  • Maintain and update customer records accurately in the database
  • Provide accurate information and guidance to customers to meet their needs

  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role
