At TriHealth, we recognize that true healing extends beyond physical care to include the emotional and spiritual well-being of those we serve. As a Chaplain, you will provide compassionate pastoral care to patients and families, offering comfort, guidance, and presence during times of crisis, transition, and healing.

You will play an essential role in crisis ministry, providing timely and meaningful support when it matters most, while contributing as a valued member of a collaborative pastoral care team.
We are seeking experienced, clinically trained chaplains who bring both theological knowledge and real-world pastoral care experience, including Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE), and a commitment to professional certification. Flexibility and responsiveness are key, as this role includes on-call responsibilities, with some evenings and weekends.
At TriHealth, you will find:
- Purpose-driven work supporting patients and families through life’s most meaningful moments
- A collaborative care environment where spiritual care is an integral part of whole-person healing
- Opportunities to lead in crisis ministry and make a lasting, personal impact
