 Starting Pay: $25.40/hour

What You'll Do

✅ Operate plant equipment—including filters, dryers, pulverizers, pumps, reactors, and blenders—to manufacture high-quality chemical products.

✅ Follow precise batch processing procedures to ensure consistency and excellence.

✅ Measure and stage raw materials using scales and specialized instruments.

✅ Monitor instruments and indicators to maintain optimal process conditions.

✅ Make real-time adjustments to equipment for peak efficiency.

✅ Perform in-plant testing to verify product quality.

✅ Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

✅ Safely add chemicals to reactors in controlled quantities.

✅ Operate forklifts and adhere to all written and verbal instructions.

✅ Commit to safety, environmental responsibility, and security compliance, including adherence to the Responsible Care® Management System.

What We’re Looking For

✔ High school diploma or GED (required).

✔ Strong reading, writing, and math skills.

✔ Computer proficiency.

✔ Reliable work history with excellent attendance.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Work in a dynamic manufacturing environment, where temperatures fluctuate with the seasons—summers can exceed 100°F, and winters can be near freezing.

Uniforms, safety glasses, gloves, shoes, and other protective gear provided.

Ability to lift, bend, reach, and twist for extended periods.

Regularly lift 15-55 lbs.; occasionally lift 100+ lbs.

Roll drums weighing 100-350 lbs., some exceeding 400 lbs.

Pass vision and color/sight tests to ensure precision.

✋ Exhibit excellent hand-eye coordination.
