Dinsmore is seeking a Client Account Specialist at our Cincinnati, OH location.

Responsibilities

  • Process narrative edits and time and cost adjustments
  • Generate monthly Work-In-Progress (WIP) reports as directed by client
  • Enter attorney and paralegal time, as needed, to meet deadlines
  • Assist attorneys and legal administrative assistants with client inquiries
  • Address internal and external inquiries in connection with billed and unbilled totals, payment status, and matter history
  • Assist team with projects such as reviewing official documents received for client matters for accuracy and logging information from those documents in our document management system
  • Maintain telephone, email, and personal contact with clients, attorneys, and staff
  • Observe confidentiality in all Firm and client matters
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of accounting functions
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Excellent writing, grammar, proofreading skills, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proven success as a positive team player, as well as an independent worker
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Ability to use good judgment
