POSITION SUMMARY
The Corporate Relation Manager is a dynamic hybrid role integral to regional expansion, corporate mentor recruitment, and high-quality program implementation within Butler County. This sales-like position acts as a bridge between corporate partners and school districts—establishing new corporate partnerships, recruiting mentor teams, supporting program alignment, and serving as a hands-on School Based Program Liaison. The candidate must reside in or have a strong, consistent presence in Butler County to cultivate local relationships and oversee school programming. This role also requires regular in-office time at our offices located in Cincinnati.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Corporate Recruitment & Relationship Management
- Recruit Corporate Partners: Actively recruit new corporate relationships to expand the network of mentor teams.
- Brand Presence & Networking: Attend community networking events, represent Adopt A Class across Butler County, and expand mission awareness.
- Donor Stewardship: Play an active role in donor stewardship to promote and sustain philanthropic gifts from corporate partners.
- CRM & Data Tracking: Track, monitor, and report outreach progress using Salesforce CRM, ensuring accuracy by documenting key touchpoints and prospects.
Program Management & Workforce Alignment
- Programmatic Success: Work to ensure overall programmatic success across regional school partnerships.
- Curriculum Alignment: Align community partner student experiences with workforce pathway initiatives (high school and post-high school) using AAC's Spark, Ignite, Launch program model.
- Logistics & Operations: Coordinate and maintain logistics for student experiences in Salesforce, ensuring full availability of program offerings aligned to the model.
- Stakeholder Development: Develop and monitor resources for mentors and school partners; deliver program-level training and collaborate with leadership on evaluation.
School Liaison
- School & Mentor Team Support: Manage a portfolio of schools and associated mentor teams, attend school visits, coach mentor teams, and support monthly activity planning.
- Training, Experiences & Reporting: Deliver mentor team onboarding, oversee industry field trips and student experiences, and track progress in Salesforce with accurate documentation of key touchpoints, contacts, prospects, and program activity.
- Activity Planning Support: Guide mentor teams in monthly planning for STEAM, Career Exploration/Pathways, and Employability Skills curriculum.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
- Location Requirement: Resides in Butler County or willingness to travel, with frequent weekly travel to schools and corporate partners throughout Butler County.
- Willingness to work as-needed at our office in central Cincinnati, often 3-4 days a week depending on meeting schedules
- 4-year degree with 4+ years of professional experience in corporate recruitment, account management, program delivery, or relationship building.
- Expertise and passion for building relationships across diverse corporate, educational, and community stakeholder groups.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects, adapt to changing priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance required for local travel.
- Must successfully pass a background check prior to start.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with software platforms such as Salesforce CRM.
- Prior experience liaising with third-party bus companies, school district transportation services, or other logistics experience.
- Background working in non-profit management, educational environments, or youth programming.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Competitive Salary:
$50,000-$54,000 based on qualifications and experience.
- Mileage Reimbursement: Standard reimbursement for organizational travel.
