Position Summary
The Customer Service Specialist plays a key role in delivering a reliable, proactive, and high-quality customer experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and managing details with accuracy and care.
You will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure orders are processed accurately, deliveries stay on track, and communication remains clear and professional. This role goes beyond traditional customer service, it is a highly operational position that directly impacts customer satisfaction, on-time delivery performance, and internal efficiency.

What You’ll Do
Â
Customer & Order Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and order supportÂ
- Manage customer orders in SAP with a high level of accuracyÂ
- Monitor order status, inventory availability, and delivery timelinesÂ
- Proactively identify risks that may impact on-time deliveryÂ
- Communicate updates, changes, and solutions clearly to customers and internal teamsÂ
- Maintain accurate documentation and order recordsÂ
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Shipping teams to ensure smooth order executionÂ
- Participate in demand and forecasting review discussionsÂ
- Help coordinate a 72-hour ship readiness process to support successful deliveriesÂ
- Build strong internal and external relationships through professionalism and responsivenessÂ
Process Improvement & Systems Support
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen the customer experienceÂ
- Utilize Microsoft 365
- Identify recurring issues and recommend practical improvementsÂ

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.Â
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detailÂ
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsÂ
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentÂ
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiencyÂ
- Positive, collaborative, and customer-focused mindsetÂ
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systemsÂ
- Experience supporting order management, customer service, logistics, or supply chain operationsÂ
