JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Drive & Deliver Safely Operate a CDL-required delivery truck in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns Load, secure, transport, and unload millwork materials with care and precision Navigate active job sites safely while maintaining a professional presence Protect Quality Inspect millwork prior to loading and verify all items match delivery documentation Secure loads using straps, padding, tarps, or banding to prevent damage Deliver materials to the correct locations and unload safely and accurately Maintain a clean truck and hazard-free work environment Support Production Assist with packaging to ensure damage-free transport Stay on schedule to support production and installation timelines Communicate delivery updates or job-site challenges to the production team Provide feedback to improve packaging, loading, and delivery processes Live Our Values Grit: Take initiative, problem-solve, and support your teammates Legacy: Build strong relationships and leave every job better than you found it Collaboration: Communicate clearly, show up reliably, and work well with others Pride: Take ownership of your work and deliver excellence every time This role is ideal for a dependable CDL driver who values craftsmanship, professionalism, and being part of a team where quality and people come first. Qualifications Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) — required. Clean driving record and strong history of safe driving. Ability to lift and move materials (typically 50–75 lbs). Ability to read, follow, and organize delivery tickets and schedules. Comfortable using GPS and basic mobile apps for routing and communication. Must be able to work outdoors and on active job sites in various conditions.
