Sonic Summary

A multi-disciplinary team is seeking an Electrical Engineering Director for their expanding Cincinnati team.
The role involves leading the electrical team in design projects, recruiting new members, assisting with business development, and ensuring QA/QC standards are met.
Candidates must have a BS in Electrical Engineering, at least 12 years of electrical design experience, and a PE License.
Experience in a leadership role, managing multiple projects, and designing various building types is required, with a preference for healthcare project experience.
Salary is commensurate with experience, and applicants must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.

Multi-disciplinary team is hiring a Electrical Engineering Director for their growing Cincinnati team!

Responsibilities:

Lead electrical team in design of public/private development projects
Recruit new team members to build a strong team
Assist with business development
Attend project/client interviews
Interact with other in-house teams
Attend meetings with clients, authorities having jurisdiction, and other professionals
Ensure QA/QC standards are met by reviewing designs prepared by others

Requirements:

BS in Electrical Engineer
12+ years of Electrical design experience
PE License
Experience in a leadership role
Experience in designing multiple types of buildings (architectural/industrial)
Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
Broad experience in power, lighting, fire alarm and voice/data design
Experience on healthcare projects preferred

Salary is commensurate with experience.
