Group Facilitator. Lead with Purpose!
The NewPath Child & Family Solutions Group Facilitator works within our School Based Day Programs. The individual in this role will facilitate all aspects of experiential mental health day treatment groups. The groups are designed to build upon and further assist clients with challenges, such as mental health struggles, emotional regulation development, and social skills development in alignment with the identified goals written in the treatment plan.

Your Role:
- Facilitate all aspects of daily group activities including planning, implementation, documentation of services, and follow-up.
- Facilitate group services that are grounded in evidenced-based practices, which promote skill mastery in all goal areas as written in the treatment plan.
- Ensure appropriate collection of supplies and preparation for groups, as well as clean-up and maintenance of a safe and healthy environment.
- Provide enhanced service delivery through experiential or expressive modalities in addition to traditional group process techniques.
- Submit lesson plans for group within designated timeframes.
- Complete documentation accurately and submit within required timeframes.
- Collaborate with therapists, educational staff, medical staff, and other professionals involved in the treatment of the youth.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required; and three years' experience in experiential teaching, expressive therapies, or adventure therapy highly desired.
- Excellent written and verbal skills, organization, and time management skills are required.
- Ability to interact in a positive manner with families and children.
- Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance with no more than 5 points on your MVR.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
