Host Responsibilities + After completing a comprehensive training program, hosts will be expected to execute proper phone, greeting, and seating etiquette. + Initiates interaction with our guests and sets the tone of the guest experience + Uphold our highest standard of hospitality by being welcoming, courteous, and professional toward the guests and fellow team members at all times + Assisting guests with making, confirming, and canceling reservations, along with documenting any special requests in our reservation system + Escorts guests timely to their table, based on reservation size, preference, and server station rotation with proper placement of menus + Knowledgeably and courteously field guest questions, concerns, and inquiries.
