We are searching for the perfect host who is energetic, friendly, and has a passion for hospitality to join our team!  A host's job includes answering phones, making reservations, greeting guests, managing wait times, and seating guests:  Greeting guests Hosts are the first and last impression of a business, so they should be friendly and welcoming.  Managing wait times Hosts manage lines at the door and ensure that guests are seated in a timely manner.  Managing the seating chart Hosts allocate guests to tables and ensure that the seating chart is organized so that the headcounts are fairly distributed.  Other responsibilities Assist with clearing and resetting tables Assist with drink refills Cleaning and restocking restrooms with supplies Cleaning front area to make it presentable for guest arrival Benefits: 70% company covered Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance for full time employees. 100% covered Life Insurance and STD for full time employees. 401k with 3% match after one year of employment.  Schedule: No lunches, late nights, or Sundays (Except Easter and Mother's Day Brunch) Compensation: $10 base hourly rate plus tips.  QualificationsHosts should have strong communication and organizational skills, a friendly disposition, and the ability to stand or walk for long periods. They should also be willing to learn computerized reservation and table management systems.
