This role supports both Talent Acquisition and core Human Resources functions, working closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to ensure a seamless candidate and employee experience from recruitment through onboarding and beyond.

Position Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring Support
- Manage the flow of candidates from sourcing through offer stage
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring teams
- Ensure a positive and professional applicant experience
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System
- Participate in social media recruiting efforts and attend job fairs
- Track and coordinate intern onboarding
HR Operations & Administration
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes
- Process employee status changes, transfers, and terminations in ADP
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Serve as a resource to staff regarding HR policies and procedures
- Perform various administrative functions for Human Resources
- Provide support across HR functional areas as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Open to candidates currently enrolled in a related bachelor’s degree program
- Minimum 2 years of administrative, office, recruitment, or HR experience required
- Experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
