Job Description

The I-Trade Operations Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate execution of international trade transactions, optimizing supply chain processes, and maintaining data integrity within P&G global trade systems.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute and monitor international trade orders, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

  • Manage the end-to-end process for import and export activities, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., procurement, logistics, sales) and external partners (e.g., freight forwarders, customs brokers) to resolve operational issues and optimize trade flows.

  • Utilize and maintain P&G's global trade management systems (e.g., SAP GTS, other trade compliance software) for data entry, reporting, and analysis.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction in international trade operations.

  • Prepare and analyze trade-related reports, including shipment tracking, compliance metrics, and performance indicators.

  • Stay updated on international trade regulations, customs requirements, and industry best practices.

  • Assist in audits and ensure accurate record-keeping for all trade activities.

Job Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.

  • 1-3 years of experience in international trade operations, supply chain, or logistics.

  • Familiarity with global trade management systems (e.g., SAP GTS) is highly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of international shipping documentation, customs regulations, and trade compliance principles.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and external partners.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
