**SAFETY INDUSTRY SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

The Inside Sales Representative is directly responsible for driving revenue growth and maintaining profitability for aligned customers. This individual is responsible for the customer planning, cold calling, and creating outbound sales calls. This Inside Sales Representative is also responsible for the execution of the strategic direction set by the Inside Sales Manager

 

This role is directly responsible for the territory management of a group of customers. Including the planning and execution of all sales metrics and the attainment of sales budget and KPIs, and expectations set by the inside sales manager.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop customer plans, create strategies, and make frequent sales calls on customers
  • Conduct outbound sales calls selling PIPs value and full line of PPE products
  • Achieve all sales targets and KPIs
  • Manage/Qualify Incoming inquiries driven by Marketing Efforts (Hubspot)
  • Execute all expectations set by the Inside Sales Manager
  • Takes initiative to understand market conditions, their assigned customer segment, competition, environment and customer needs
  • Working cross functionally with internal business partners to effectively grow the inside sales organization

 

CORE SKILLS/COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 1-2 years sales experience in PPE/Safety
  • Results driven individual with experience managing customer relationships in inside sales
  • Experience with developing plans, cold calls, and achieving sales results
  • Experience with computer software and a CRM
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Word)
