We seek an experienced IT Asset Manager to join our Global IT organization in Blue Ash, OH. This hybrid role will play a key part in shaping and executing our enterprise IT Asset Management (ITAM) strategy, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and lifecycle efficiency across a diverse global technology landscape.

The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of IT asset and configuration management processes, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration with procurement, infrastructure, service delivery, and compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities

·       Develop, maintain, and mature Belcan’s IT Asset Management (ITAM) strategy, including goals, objectives, KPIs, and metrics aligned with business and IT objectives.

·       Implement and enforce ITAM policies, standards, and procedures governing the full asset lifecycle from procurement through retirement and disposal.

·       Partner with Configuration Management (SACM) and CMDB/AMDB owners to ensure accurate, reconciled data across systems.

·       Maintain strong integration between ITAM and ITIL-aligned processes such as Change, Incident, Problem, Release, and Service Request Management.

·       Oversee enterprise-wide hardware and software inventory processes, ensuring data accuracy, reconciliation, and compliance with licensing and contractual obligations.

·       Collaborate with Procurement to manage acquisition, contract renewals, and vendor relationships for IT hardware and software assets.

·       Support internal and external audits, ensuring data accuracy, compliance with security policies, and evidence of proper lifecycle management.

·       Drive operational efficiency through effective analytics, reporting, and process discipline.

·       Manage the physical and logical inventory of IT assets, including receiving, distribution, tracking, and disposal activities in accordance with corporate policy and applicable regulations.

·       Participate in continuous improvement of ITAM-related processes, tools, and training programs.

Basic Qualifications

·       5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, IT Operations, or a related discipline.

·       Demonstrated experience with asset inventory systems, data acquisiton/reconciliation, and lifecycle management.

·       Working knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks, particularly ITIL processes.

·       Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and reporting.

·       Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

·       U.S. Citizenship required due to contract and clearance requirements.

·       Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret (Collateral) Security Clearance.

·       Experience with ERP solutions such as Ariba.

Preferred Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience.)

·       Experience supporting government contracts or operating under compliance frameworks (e.g., CMMC, NIST 800-171, ISO 27001).

·       Experience with ServiceNow ITAM/CMDB or equivalent enterprise asset management tools.

·       CompTIA Security+ or IAT Level II certification (preferred but not required).

·       ITIL Foundation Certification (required within 6 months of hire).

·       Strong understanding of procurement, vendor management, and license compliance.

Additional Information

·       This is a hybrid role based in Blue Ash, OH, requiring regular on-site presence.

·       Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and eligibility for a U.S. Secret clearance.
