Lab Supervisor, Third Shift, Core Lab Department

UC Health is hiring a full-time Lab Supervisor for the core lab department for a third shift at University of Cincinnati Medical Center.

Under the guidance of the Lab Manager/Lab Director, the Lab Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Technical Associates (TAs), and Medical Technologists (I,II,III) with regards to scheduling, PTO requests, timecards, corrective action and performance review. The Lab Supervisor provides technical expertise supporting specimen receiving, specimen testing, and results reporting in the laboratory and oversees supplies for each department, by setting par levels and orderings. The Lab Supervisor also serves as the primary contact for new hires as they are onboarded into the department.
