Help Set the Standard for a Clean, Welcoming Community

Uptown Rental Properties is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Lead In-House Cleaner to help keep our apartment communities clean, welcoming, and well maintained.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, notices the details others may miss, and is comfortable helping support other members of the cleaning team.

If you’re reliable, organized, and enjoy seeing the immediate results of your work, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Clean and maintain hallways, stairwells, lobbies, common areas, and other shared spaces
• Complete daily cleaning assignments and work orders using a mobile app
• Help ensure cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly and consistently
• Support and assist other members of the cleaning team as needed
• Communicate concerns and updates to the Facilities & Operations Manager
• Help create a clean, comfortable, and positive environment for residents and guests

What We’re Looking For

You may be a great fit if you:

• Have 2+ years of professional cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
• Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
• Have a valid driver's license
