Work Schedule:
- Full-Time (80 hours bi-weekly)
- Night shift with weekend and holiday rotation

Minimum Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED Degree with formal phlebotomy training (Required)
- 1 - 2 years' experience in phlebotomy (Required)
- Working knowledge of phlebotomy and other specimen collection techniques, specimen handling, and lab terminologyÂ
- Strong communication, leadership, customer service, and data entry skillsÂ
- Proficiency in difficult and pediatric venipuncturesÂ
- Must be an organized individual capable of leading, prioritizing, and working independentlyÂ
- Ability to work effectively with employees, patients, and various caregivers
- Certified Phlebotomy Technician Certified Phlebotomist PreferredÂ
- Driver's License DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Required
Job Overview:
