About the Role

We are seeking a positive, personable Leasing Agent to join our team. In this role, you’ll serve as the first impression of Uptown—working with prospective residents both in the office and out in the field to guide them through the leasing process.

This is a full-time position starting at $18–$22 per hour, with eligibility for the comprehensive benefits listed below.

⏰ Schedule & Availability

Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Some weekends required based on business needs

What You’ll Do

Leasing & Tours (60%)

• Conduct apartment tours and guide prospects through available units
• Maximize occupancy by leasing efficiently while maintaining strong rental rates
• Maintain consistent and effective follow-up with prospective residents

Customer Service & Communication (20%)

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents
• Provide accurate information on availability, pricing, and community features
• Deliver a high level of service throughout the entire leasing experience

Team Collaboration (10%)

• Partner with Property Managers to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
• Work collaboratively to meet occupancy goals and support resident needs

Additional Responsibilities (10%)

• Travel between properties (walking or using a company vehicle)
• Support fleet coordination and other operational needs as required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to work some weekends
• Professional appearance
• Sales experience preferred
