What You'll be doing:

· Dispatch carriers and oversee daily shipment activities to ensure on-time pickup and delivery

· Communicate consistently with customers and carriers

· Obtain paperwork required for shipment from carriers and customers

· Resolve shipment discrepancies in real-time

· Input accurate shipment updates into multiple systems

· Building loads in the TMS system

· Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

Your knowledge, skills, abilities, & more:

· High school diploma or GED required

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Effective written and verbal communication skills

· High attention to detail and ability to multitask

· Ability to work with technology efficiently
