We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working on the comprehensive Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP). This position requires understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies and delivering top-quality solutions. 

Key Accountabilities/Deliverables:

  • Support and deliver on design, implementing, and maintaining the full Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Copilot, Mail Routing, DLP. 

  • Develop best practices for Microsoft 365 administration, security, and compliance. 

  • Manage mail routing and DLP policies to ensure data security and compliance. 

  • Stay updated with the latest Microsoft 365 features and evaluate their impact on the organization. 

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Microsoft 365 services. 

  • Maintain documentation for Microsoft 365 configurations, processes, and procedures. 

  • Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security protocols. 

  • Define and implement governance models for Microsoft 365 environments. 

  • Align platform capabilities with business strategy and long-term vision. 

  • Evaluate platform metrics and contribute to strategic planning. 

  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization. Drive digital transformation initiatives. 



Technical Knowledge and Understanding:

  • Core M365 Services including SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive. 

  • M365 architecture and governance. 

  • Familiarity with other Microsoft technologies such as Azure and Active Directory.  

  • Scripting & Automation involving PowerShell for administrative tasks and automation. 

  • Familiarity with DevOps pipelines. 

  • Security and compliance policies (e.g., DLP, MFA, Conditional Access). 

  • Preferably Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent certification.  



Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, with a Master’s degree preferred. 

  • Proven experience in collaborating with engineering teams. The candidate should have over 5 years of relevant experience. 

  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint, Exchange, and DLP. 

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Experience with M365 migrations and deployments. 

  • Agile development experience. 

  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale M365 solutions. 

  • Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, MS-100, MS-101.
