Skillbridge Academy is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support the development and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand positioning, increase customer engagement, and contribute to overall business growth.
This position is ideal for someone who combines creativity with strategic thinking and enjoys working on campaigns, market analysis, customer outreach, brand development, and performance improvement.
The Marketing Executive will collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities, develop effective marketing strategies, and ensure that initiatives are aligned with company goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Support initiatives designed to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and new opportunities.
- Help coordinate promotional activities, campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, communications, and business development teams.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across marketing materials and customer interactions.
- Assist with planning and executing customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Track key marketing metrics and prepare performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Participate in team meetings, strategic planning sessions, and business development initiatives.
