Physical Therapist (PT), Full-Time, First Shift, Pelvic Floor Therapist- Outpatient

UC Health is hiring a part-time Physical Therapist (PT) for the Outpatient Therapy service's department for the first shift at UC Gardner Neuroscience Institute.

Evaluate, plan, and implement Physical Therapy treatment programs for referred patients in order to restore function, prevent disability, reduce pain, and return to his/her maximum function. Follow hospital department approved policies related to documentation, attendance, education, etc. Show respect and courtesy to all staff, patients, and visitors.
