At HGC Construction, we’re not just building structures; we’re building a legacy of quality, integrity, and purpose.   JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Assist the Project Manager with planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects. Monitor project schedules and budgets to support on-time and on-budget delivery. Collaborate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure effective execution. Support site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards. Assist with preparing and reviewing project proposals, contracts, and change orders. Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment needed for project completion. Maintain communication with clients, providing progress updates and addressing concerns. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and meeting minutes. Assist in resolving project-related issues and conflicts in the field. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and confirm adherence to design requirements. Support management of subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely, quality work. Assist in identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Promote and support adherence to all safety protocols on the job site. Participate in project meetings, providing updates and insights on progress and challenges. Assist with project closeout and evaluation to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
