Cultivate and strengthen relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring their needs are understood and consistently exceeded. Lead business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, securing projects, and negotiating contracts. Provide executive-level oversight of projects to ensure successful delivery on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with quality and safety standards. Direct and mentor project teams, including Senior Project Managers, Superintendents, and Engineers, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth. Oversee project financial performance by monitoring budgets, controlling costs, and driving achievement of financial objectives. Proactively identify, address, and resolve challenges throughout the project lifecycle to maintain momentum and minimize risk. Ensure all project activities adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and company safety and compliance standards   Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent industry experience). 12-15 years of progressive experience in commercial construction, with a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale and complex projects. Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams, including Project Managers, Superintendents, and Engineers. Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, including large, complex builds with significant budgets and schedules. Strong business acumen with experience in client relationship management, contract negotiation, and driving new business opportunities. Deep understanding of construction processes, project delivery methods, budgeting, cost control, and risk management. Proven ability to lead projects to successful completion—on time, within budget, and in alignment with quality and safety standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in construction management software and project scheduling tools (e.g., Procore) preferred. OSHA 30 certification (or equivalent) and Fit-to-Work clearance required.
