We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated Quality Technician who can work independently and take pride in doing the job right. The ideal candidate can read and understand gauges, tape measures, drawings, and basic measurements, and has good mechanical awareness. This person should be able to inspect parts, identify quality issues, document results, and communicate problems when they arise. Please apply with a resume!

  • Pay $21 - $25 an hour based on experience
  • Monday - Thursday with Overtime on some Fridays
  • Read and accurately use gauges, tape measures, calipers, and other basic measuring equipment.
  • Read and understand blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
  • Verify parts meet required dimensions, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Identify defects, inconsistencies, and quality issues before products move to the next stage.
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
  • Communicate quality issues to production and management when problems are identified.
  • Use good judgment to determine when parts meet requirements and when they need to be held or reworked.
  • Work independently and stay productive without needing to be micromanaged or constantly supervised.
  • Take ownership of assigned inspections and follow through on quality issues.
  • Follow company safety, quality, and production procedures.
