Reconstruction Project Manager

Join a fast-paced, hands-on environment where your leadership, communication, and project management skills drive our mission: making it ā€œLike it never even happened.ā€ We’re seeking a motivated Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee restoration projects, lead teams, and ensure exceptional customer service from start to finish. Ā 

Primary ResponsibilitiesĀ 

Project Management & OperationsĀ 
• Ensure accurate scopes of work and prepare estimates using industry-specific softwareĀ 
• Negotiate project scope and estimate approvals with customers and clientsĀ 
• Schedule, coordinate, and oversee crews, assets, and subcontractorsĀ 
• Review job site documentation and ensure proper billing and compliance with client requirementsĀ 
• Maintain clear written and verbal communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representativesĀ 
• Manage production expenses, including labor, equipment, vehicles, and materialsĀ 
• Other duties as assignedĀ 
Leadership & Customer ExperienceĀ 
• Lead, coach, and develop restoration team membersĀ 
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training new teammatesĀ 
• Manage customer satisfaction and support a positive client experienceĀ 
• Provide priority responses to potential customers as neededĀ 

RequirementsĀ 

Experience & Skill SetĀ 
• At least 1 year of management or supervisory experienceĀ 
• At least 3 years of industry experienceĀ 
• IICRC certifications preferredĀ 
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skillsĀ 
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. regularly; up to 100 lbs. with assistanceĀ 
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and operate in tight spacesĀ 
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agentsĀ 
• Ability to pass a background check (as allowed by law)Ā 

Education & CredentialsĀ 
• High school diploma or GED requiredĀ 
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferredĀ 
• Valid driver’s license requiredĀ
