As a Senior Reliability Engineer you will apply technical knowledge to deliver continuous improvement in process and asset reliability through the detection and elimination of defects. You will manage the Maintenance Planning team and the Maintenance Parts Room / Storeroom, and partner with the broader team to ensure the fulfillment of reliability engineering strategies.

Responsibilities
- Manage the Maintenance Planning team, ensuring you develop, prioritize, and accomplish work orders, schedules, and planned maintenance activities.
- Manage the Maintenance Parts Room / Storeroom, ensuring stocking, storage, issuance, and control of critical spares and maintenance materials.
- Determine cost-effective maintenance tasks for every possible asset failure.
- Develop and review failure analysis reports based on reliability testing. Guide cause determination down to the component level.
- Build the development and installation of predictive maintenance program and technology according to the area procedures.
- Prepare technical reviews of projects and collaborate with related areas on new equipment reliability specifications.
- Perform the identification and elimination of bad actors and the optimization of equipment availability.
- Collaborate with, and provide guidance to, maintenance repairs and production in reliability related processes and the identification of critical spares.
- Coordinate and support maintenance teams in building routine maintenance activities. These activities include handling repairs of installations, equipment, and machinery, such as planned maintenance programs, shut-downs, or emergency repairs. The goal is to minimize business disruptions caused by break-downs and malfunctions.
- Monitor the daily inspections of production machines and equipment. Also, inspect all electrical devices, power supply circuits, distribution boards, control panels, pumps, lighting systems, air-conditioning, and fire alarm system. Additionally, monitor spare parts. Evaluate requests for repair based on these inspections.
- Diagnose and report breakdown problems to the department head.
- Monitor availability and state of maintenance tools, stores and equipment and advise on replacing or ordering new equipment and tools.
- Monitor performance of technical service contractors involved in utilities and services operations and implement corrective actions if necessary.
- Coach maintenance planning, storeroom, and maintenance staff to complete repairs, planning, and services activities.
- Provide technical advice to maintenance and operations managers with regards to operational possible effects of capital projects implementation.
- Observe and role model all safety rules applicable on site.
You?
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Engineering or related discipline.
- Certification as reliability specialist preferred.
- Overall work experience of 2+ years in manufacturing plants as Maintenance/Reliability Engineer in the consumer goods industry.
- 1+ year of experience in people management desirable.
- Solid knowledge in the application of reliability tools including predictive Maintenance technologies and implementation of condition-based monitoring.
- Knowledge in maintenance process management.
- Proficiency in technical engineering, problem diagnosis and resolution.
- Knowledge of TPM, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Knowledge of EHS rules and guidelines.
- Experience working with and setting up CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) platforms.
- Good command in Windows environment and SAP.
