The salary for this position is $30,000 - $33,000 USD per annum.



Responsibilities


* Welcome and assist customers, providing a high level of service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

* Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to effectively advise customers and answer their queries.

* Drive sales through proactive customer engagement and by demonstrating product features and benefits.

* Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions accurately and handle cash and card payments.

* Maintain the visual standards of the store, ensuring a clean, organised, and inviting environment.

* Assist with stock management, including replenishing the sales floor, organising the stockroom, and participating in inventory checks.

* Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store targets and ensure smooth daily operations.

* Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is highly advantageous.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers.
