Now Hiring: Roofing Production Supervisor (Entry-Level / Assistant Manager Track)

We are seeking a motivated individual with roofing experience who is ready to grow into a leadership role. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on roofing knowledge and some crew leadership or coordination experience who wants to build a long-term career in production management.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in planning and coordinating roofing projects
  • Material fabrication and inventory controls
  • Support Production Managers in scheduling crews and materials
  • Help lead and communicate with field crews to ensure quality and safety
  • Learn to manage job progress, timelines, and customer expectations
  • Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and job site professionalism

What We’re Looking For

  • Roofing experience required (shingles, slate, or tile)
  • Some leadership, foreman, or assistant-level management experience preferred
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar)
  • Good communication skills with both team members and customers
  • Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screening
