The position is responsible for advanced monitoring, analysis, and resolution of real-time alerts from refrigeration controllers, ensuring timely and effective responses that support system reliability and operational efficiency.  This individual plays a critical role in evaluating alert patterns, identifying root causes, and recommending corrective actions. They also support the development and refinement of controller setpoint standards, working closely with divisional teams to ensure consistency and optimization across facilities. In addition to operational responsibilities, the role contributes to the design and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and telemetry metrics, providing insights that inform strategic decisions. The position collaborates with cross-functional workstreams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains and may mentor junior team members or lead specific initiatives under the guidance of the Telemetry Leader. Strong analytical capabilities, technical expertise, and a proactive approach are essential to drive continuous improvement and support the enterprise’s goals in maintenance, energy management, and refrigerant usage.
