The Senior Consultant of Media Relations collaborates closely with the Director of Media Relations to advance and manage the reputation of UC Health.Â
In this role, you will drive and communicate key messages to position UC Health as a leader in academic medicine and healthcare delivery, locally, regionally, and nationally. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining strong relationships with local, regional, and national media outlets, actively pitching media stories, preparing for and managing emergency situations, and establishing effective media relations processes and protocols. You will also serve as a public information officer and spokesperson for our health system.
