Purpose:

Establish community relationships with individuals, families, and agencies in an effort to connect youth and young adults in crisis to essential information and referral services.

Job Responsibilities:

Establish relationships and rapport with Runaway & Homeless Street Youth.
Provide crisis intervention and case management as needed to youth and families.
Identify emergency needs for youth; coordinate referrals and options for youth seeking shelter or other services.
Provide appropriate aftercare services as needed, including community referrals.
Ensure documentation is concise and timely and meets all grant requirements.

Requirements:

High school diploma preferred
1 year experience with youth
Valid Drivers License
Clean background check
Data collection and documentation experience preferred

This is a non-exempt position with an hourly wage of $15.
