Crossroads Church is a growing multi-site, interdenominational church. Our sites are currently located in Ohio and Kentucky, with plans to expand to additional cities. We also have an online presence that serves thousands of people who aren’t located near one of our physical sites.

Our desire is to model our staff and church community after the church in Revelation, where people of all nations, tribes, and tongues are worshiping and working together. We’re not there yet, but it’s what we’re working toward with every hire and every person who walks through our doors.Â
Video Producers are involved in all phases of video production: pre-production/planning, on set production, and post production. On any given project Video Producers work closely with the Creative Director, Video Director, and Director of Photography to understand the vision behind a project and think creatively about how to bring that vision to life. Video producers are problem solvers who are the backbone of the video production process.
JOB SPECIFIC PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESÂ
Produce small and medium and large scale shoots/video projects
Schedule meetings
Manage budget
Cast actors
Scout and secure locations
Manage props and wardrobe
Run craft services
Generate call sheets
Help manage post production deadlines and feedback to ensure that the project is delivered on time

Skills/Experience Requirements
At least 1-5 years of video production experience
Excellent communication skills
The ability to lead the execution of the logistics of a creative concept from pre-production into post-production
The ability to act decisively under pressure
Good planning and organizational skills
Energized by problem solving
Great attention to detail
Ability to collaborate and cast vision to ensure creative excellence
Discernment and sensitivity when dealing with personal stories
Performs effectively under pressure and against strict time constraints
Physical Requirements
Must be able to walk up to 3 miles
Able to lift 25 lbs.
Scheduling/Travel Requirements
This role is primarily in-person and requires schedule flexibility for early/late shoots and occasional travel.
Must be able to work high-impact events at Crossroads (Christmas Eve, Easter, and Super Bowl of Preaching).
