The Manager, Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine Operations is responsible for the operational, financial, and personnel leadership of Pulmonary Medicine, Sleep Clinic, and Sleep Lab services. This role partners with physicians, clinical staff, and organizational leaders to ensure high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and achievement of departmental goals. The manager oversees day-to-day operations, staff performance, quality initiatives, financial outcomes, and strategic growth efforts across multiple ambulatory service lines, including oversight of a 24-hour sleep program.
