Join our Human Resources team as a co-op and gain valuable experience supporting a dynamic HR department. This role offers hands-on exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance. You’ll develop essential skills while contributing to the smooth operation of our people processes in a professional setting.

Human Resources Co-op Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for HR operations including filing, data entry, and document organization.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate and confidential employee records and compliance files.
  • Support the coordination of HR programs such as safety tracking, employee communications, or training initiatives.
  • Help prepare materials for employee onboarding and assist with document collection.
  • Run basic reports and assist in updating HR databases and forms.
  • Participate in general office support including answering phones and directing inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects and audits.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a college program with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
