Human Resources Co-op Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for HR operations including filing, data entry, and document organization.
- Assist with maintaining accurate and confidential employee records and compliance files.
- Support the coordination of HR programs such as safety tracking, employee communications, or training initiatives.
- Help prepare materials for employee onboarding and assist with document collection.
- Run basic reports and assist in updating HR databases and forms.
- Participate in general office support including answering phones and directing inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and audits.
Desired Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a college program with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
